The Heart Behind StarChart Hub: A Note from Ashley
“You know that feeling when you find a brilliant local tradesperson, a fantastic little cafĂ©, or a service that just gets it? You want to shout about them from the rooftops! But too often, these amazing local gems are the hardest to find online.
That frustration is exactly why I asked our Lunar Reach team to build StarChart Hub.
Every day, we talk to business owners, the window cleaners, electricians, bakers, and beauticians who are absolute experts at what they do. But so many of them tell us they feel invisible online, lost in algorithms, or need to be tied up in contracts with the bigger directories. They just want a simple, fair way to be found by their neighbours who need them.
I thought, ‘We can fix that. We should fix that.’
So, we built the directory I wish had existed for them, and for all of us as customers. A friendly, no-nonsense place where great businesses get a spotlight, and communities can find them easily. No complicated fees, no sales calls, just a helpful hand.
Think of StarChart Hub as our team’s love letter to local businesses. It’s our way of helping the people who make our neighbourhoods tick get the recognition, and the customers, they truly deserve.
